Sister Natalie[‘s 100th birthday is October 6th but her family celebrated August 19th .
August 15, 2017 Father Denis O’Brien , an Irish Pallotine Missionary visits Chesterfield
Father Denis, now a missionary in Columbia South America, celebrated Mass for us on the feast of our Lady’s Assumption.
Father Denis also spent time visiting with us and than a visit to our cemetery where his good friend, Sr. Mary McCourt is buried.
Fr. Denis told us many stories of his life with the poor in Columbia.

Father John Gallagher visits the Poor Clares in Chesterfield , NJ August 6th
Father John Gallagher, a Redempotorist priest and Missionary of Campo Grande, Brazil visited us on the Feast of the Transfiguration, August 6th and as usual gave a very reflective homily. He spoke about how our outside had to match our inside. In other words “You can’t give what you don’t have.”
John works with addicts in Brazil. May god be with him in his ministry.
